Why Therapy?
When you’re feeling low or anxious, overwhelmed, unsure, or stuck, psychotherapy provides the physical and emotional space to take stock and find solutions. As an active, collaborative psychotherapist, I listen closely, offer fresh perspective, and help clients make real changes in how they feel and how they live. I work with individual adults and couples affected by depression, anxiety, difficult transitions, poor body image and disordered eating, substance misuse, infidelity, and a wide range of other emotional and interpersonal challenges. read more . . .
